( $38 ONSITE FEE + $58 PER HR = $96  )  

 

PRICES POSTED APPLY TO PROPERTIES INSIDE OUR 8 MILE SERVICE RADIUS ( 200 SQ. MI )

CENTERED FROM THE US POST OFFICE AT 37204

A $7 PER MILE SURCHARGE APPLIES OUT OF THIS ZONE

QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES NEED BE REPORTED WITHIN 3-5 DAYS

WITH DIGITAL IMAGES WHERE POSSIBLE

WE OFFER AN UP TO  3 - 5 DAY RETURN TO REPAIR OR RE CUT MOW WARRANTY ONLY 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR LAWN SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

MISSED SERVICES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 1-5 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE

(MOST LAWNS ARE RE CUT ON THE 7TH DAY)  

MIN CHARGE FOR ANY SCHEDULED VISIT : $25

MINIMUM CHARGE FOR ANY MOWING SERVICE : $40

24 - 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES : $25

 

 

 

HOW DOES OUR FULL SERVICE QUE WORK?  

Choose a cycle length to re-enter the que after your 1st cut      7 - 10 - 14 or 21 days

Longer cycles require more work and cost more money than shorter cycles that area easier and faster to cut     

When your cycle date comes up, your property enters the que

Behind anyone else already in the que

Behind anyone who is on a "Cadillac Service " plan. 

Inline with anyone else who is entering the Full Service que with you on that day  

We will service your property as soon as we can 

We reserve the right to move your cycle date up 1 day ( 7 - 10 day cycles ) or

2 days ( 14- 21 day cycles ) in order to sync your lawn with other lawns

in your neighborhood 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXACT TIME APPOINTMENTS

TO MOW THE LAWN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

ONLY MORNING OR AFTERNOON TARGETS

MMM SERVICES

( NOT PART OF A LAWN MOW)   

There are many additional services that can be added to an MMM service

and are NOT included as part of a normal lawn mow / mulch mow

They include but are not limited to : 

1. Leaf vaccuming ( Nov 1st - Dec 31st )  

2. Push mowing of any area of any size.    Or the use of a mower smaller than 36"   

3. Using a weedeater to mow any part of a flat area of a lawn due to access issues 

4. Using a weedeater to mow any part of a lawn due to sloped terrain or hills

5. Weedeating inside any landscape beds 

6. Weedeating inside any type of gravel parking areas or walkways where weeds are present  

7. Weedeating insde of stepping stones step walks 

8.  Weedeating around mounds of construction related soil, debris, or fallen branches 

9. Moving lawn furniture, trampolines, kiddie pools, hoses or toys, or any other obstacles that are not normal trash cans.

10. Recovering of trash or lawn debris.

11. Bagging of any clippings or leaves.   

12. Vertical Edging at any location other than the walks and drives

13. Spraying of any beds, walkways, and driveways. 

All of the above services are too be added to an MMM service and are not included in a lawn mowing service.
